Corporate governance at FIBRO
Successful together

At FIBRO, the focus is on people. As a regionally rooted company with an international orientation, we combine the advantages of a global player with the agility of a medium-sized company. Our flat hierarchies promote personal exchange – everyone knows everyone here. The well-being of our employees is close to our hearts: We offer numerous events, attractive vouchers and also actively involve families. At FIBRO, we live community – whether in everyday work or in shared experiences.FIBRO – regionally connected, globally successful, strong together!
Steffen Schröder – CEO FIBRO Group

Steffen Schröder has been at the helm of FIBRO since July 2023. As a convinced team player, he relies on open, trusting cooperation and actively involves his team in decision-making processes. It trusts in the know-how of its employees, promotes independent work and creates an environment in which innovation and commitment are valued. With a clear vision for the future of the company, he drives strategic developments – with the aim of ensuring that FIBRO grows sustainably and successfully asserts itself in the market. Regular exchange with his team is particularly important to him – because for him one thing is certain: success is achieved together. As a member of the extended Executive Board of the LÄPPLE Group, Steffen Schröder also actively contributes to the overall development of the group of companies and is committed to recognizing and exploiting synergies between the subsidiaries.
Our employees worldwide are the key to sustainable success. I see it as my task to create space for ideas, responsibility and development. Because only if we grow together will FIBRO remain a strong, future-proof and attractive employer.

My claim: listen, connect, lead the way
