LÄPPLE TRAINING is pleased to announce the expansion of its capacities in the areas of commercial and IT retraining. In view of the steadily increasing demand for retraining places and the urgent need for skilled workers in the Heilbronn region, the number of places within these measures will be significantly increased.

The commercial retraining area, which was started on 1 March 2019 with the first retrainees, currently has 38 places. This number will now be increased to 75 places. The IT department, which began on August 1, 2022 with six retrainees, will be expanded from the current 24 places to 45 places. The first IT retrainees will soon complete their training.

The general placement rate for retrained specialists through LÄPPLE TRAINING and FURTHER TRAINING is around 99 percent. This high rate underlines the quality of training and the great demand of the regional economy for qualified specialists.

"Especially in the areas of commercial and IT retraining, the demand for places has risen sharply. Our expanded capacities will enable even more people to continue their education in these sought-after professions and thus strengthen the Heilbronn region as a business location," says Stephan Itter, Spokesman of the Management Board of LÄPPLE AG.

Since 2009, LÄPPLE TRAINING and FURTHER EDUCATION has been active as an educational institution in addition to training for the LÄPPLE Group and external companies, offering retraining and further education in various areas. The internal and external lecturers have a high level of expertise and practical experience. A special feature of the concept is that, similar to dual students, the participants are not only trained theoretically, but also actively participate in everyday business life and are directly involved in work processes. In this way, they already gain practical experience during the retraining. All measures carried out in the LÄPPLE TRAINING and FURTHER TRAINING are certified.

Interested parties can receive an education voucher from the Employment Agency, the Job Center, the pension insurance or the employers' liability insurance association to participate in the retraining programs of the training provider. This support enables many people to take a new professional direction and adapt to the current demands of the labour market.
